At ValiantFate.com, all products are made to order and fulfilled via Printify, our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or ordering mistakes.

We only offer replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.

1. All Sales Are Final

Please double-check your order details (including product size, color, and shipping address) before placing your order. Since each item is made just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective or misprinted

  • Different from what you ordered

We will replace the item at no cost to you or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

How to Report an Issue:

To file a claim, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item (including the item and the packaging)

We will respond within 1–3 business days and process a replacement or refund if the issue is validated.

3. Wrong Address Disclaimer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the customer is unavailable to accept delivery, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

4. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

Because orders are sent to production immediately, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help—if production hasn’t started.
