The Process

  • Your Workout Split

    We build a custom workout split for you to follow during your Fitness Plan. This will tell you what exercises to perform on which days, how many sets, and how many repetitions to perform. We determine this based on how many gym sessions a week you will be training.

  • Your Gym Sessions

    Will you be committing to 5 days a week in the gym? 3 days? We will build your plan around this. We incorporate many different workout methods, such as Push/Pull/Legs and Full Body splits.

  • Your Meal Plan

    What are your favorite foods? What are your favorite snacks? How many meals do you eat each day? Are you looking to lose body fat, or are you looking to bulk up? We will tailor your diet around these questions and your goals.

  • Tracking Your Progress

    You will have full access to our Mobile Application for posting Progress Photos, Meal tracking, and Exercise tracking. This will not only help you watch changes in your body composition, but will help me make any adjustments necessary.

  • Instructional Videos

    How-To Videos on all exercises will be accessible to you via the Mobile Application. They will go over proper form, and show you how to perform each movement and exercise.

  • Supplement Guide

    All supplements such as EAA/BCAA's, Protein Powders, Creatine, Vitamins, and more will explained. Recommendations on the best brands will be available to you.

  • 24/7 Customer Service

    You can contact me directly via the Mobile Application or Email. I will answer any questions or concerns you have. I strive to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.

Once you Purchase a Plan

After you purchase a plan, you will receive an email to download our Mobile Application and activate your account. Once your account is activated, and you’ve logged into the Mobile Application, you will be prompted to fill out our Fitness Goals Questionnaire Form. This will give us the information we need to customize and tailor your fitness and meal plan to your goals. It is at this point that I will begin crafting your weekly Meal Plan.

You will also be required to upload a photo of your current physique. This is to track progress and also give me a better understanding of how to tailor your Fitness Plan.

  • Men will upload a shirtless photo, and also wearing shorts to display current physique.
  • Women will upload a photo preferably in a bikini, or at least attire to display current physique.

No one will ever see the photos you upload unless you give consent to use them in a Website Highlight, or Fitness Transformation Post on Social Media. If you are uncomfortable with taking photos to upload, we can discuss alternative options on the Mobile Application, or you can use the Contact Us Form here on the website.
