Q: How does ValiantFate.com work?
All of our products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means your items are created just for you after your order is placed — reducing waste and allowing us to offer unique designs you won’t find anywhere else.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders go into production shortly after being placed, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping can take:
USA: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on your location
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received it after a few days, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart. Please refer to it before ordering, as we do not accept returns for wrong size due to the made-to-order nature of our items.
Q: Will my product look exactly like the image?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and minor printing differences can occur. That said, we work hard to ensure what you see is what you get.
🔁 Returns & Replacements
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or there’s a printing error?

We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you if the issue is confirmed.

Q: Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some items may ship from different production partners, so you may receive your order in multiple packages. Don’t worry — the rest is on its way!
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
At this time, we don’t offer gift wrapping or custom notes. However, you can ship directly to a recipient and track the delivery status.
